Eustasia ("the App") is operated by Larbsoft ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Eustasia mobile app and website.
By using Eustasia, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
Eustasia only accepts text prompts that describe the type of song you want to create.
We do not allow users to upload images, audio files, or other media.
We collect:
- Text prompts you enter
- Optional feedback or support messages
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
We may collect basic technical data automatically, such as:
- Device model & operating system
- App version
- Anonymous usage analytics (e.g., feature usage, error logs)
This data is used solely to improve performance and user experience.
1.3 No Sensitive Personal Data
Eustasia does not collect:
- Names
- Email addresses (unless you contact support directly)
- Photos
- Contacts
- Location
- Payment details
Payments and subscriptions are handled solely by the Apple App Store, and we never receive your financial information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Generate AI-created songs, lyrics, and artwork
- Operate and improve the App
- Fix bugs, crashes, and errors
- Ensure compliance with our Terms of Service
- Provide customer support
We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it for tracking across apps or websites.
3. How AI Generation Works
To generate songs and artwork, your text prompts are securely transmitted to our AI processing providers, including:
- FAL.ai
- Minimax v2 model
These providers use your prompts strictly to produce the requested output.
We do NOT use your prompts to:
- Train our own models
- Build user profiles
- Serve ads
- Track users across apps
Third-party providers may retain anonymized input/output data for model improvement only, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
4. Data Storage & Deletion
4.1 Temporary File Storage
Generated songs and artwork are stored on our servers for up to 24 hours so you can download or share them.
After this period, they are automatically deleted.
4.2 Text Prompts
Prompts may be stored temporarily in system logs for troubleshooting and abuse-prevention.
4.3 Account Data
Eustasia does not use accounts and does not store personal account profiles of any kind.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share limited data with:
- AI processing providers (text prompts only)
- Analytics and crash-reporting tools (device metadata only)
We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
We do not sell or rent user data.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided data, contact us at support@larbsoft.com and we will delete it promptly.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may have the right to:
- Access your data
- Request deletion
- Correct inaccurate data
- Opt out of certain processing
- Ask questions about how your data is handled

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
